Jorge Martinez - Chief of Staff
Jorge has been Chief of Staff since December of 2024, and had previously joined our office in August of 2024 as Deputy Chief of Staff.
Jorge holds a Bachelor’s in Public Policy from University of Illinois Chicago and is also a graduate from Harper College. He also completed a prestigious internship with Senator Dick Durbin’s office.
Jorge has been active in the northwest suburbs of Cook County for many years and brings both policy expertise and strong community ties to his role.
Ricky Plumlee - Outreach Director
Ricky joined our office as Outreach Director in February of 2025.
He holds a Bachelor’s in History from Elmhurst University and is also a graduate from College of DuPage. Ricky has been active in communities throughout DuPage County for many years and currently serves as Park Board Commissioner in his hometown of West Chicago.
Ricky brings many years of community organizing experience and strong communication skills to his role.
